SmartPCFixer is a joke to me and so is their technical support.
I purchased this program which claimed to fix an annoying issue I had and it did not fix it at all.
I understand that there are many little problems and issues that a program cannot fix but they should not advertise that their program will fix a particular problem when it doesn't.
Several e-mails were exchanged and their help was next to nil.
Getting a refund was a real run around with SmartPCFixer.
After being told they would issue a refund, I got back to them 18 days later then they e-mailed me with two links as I had to do this myself with their bank.
They were probably hoping I would forget about it but I didn't.
I am now using System Mechanic which in my opinion, this program and their technical support help is far superior to SmartPCFixer.
Pros
Nothing at all.
Cons
The product should be scrapped and be redone by people who know something about computers.
